The show was mediocre at best. As a huge fan of the Mamma Mia! franchise, I was underwhelmed with the acting as well as the set design. It was definitely not worth the ticket price. I felt like I was seeing a high school play with high school educated actors. Took my daughter and her friends to see it and they were also disappointed with everything. Overall, I would never recommend seeing Mamma Mia! with this particular company ever again. Please do not allow Packard to sell these seats. The view cut off the left side of the stage. We moved. the speaker was in the way. People got up & stood in another area.
Mamma Mia was sensational!!
Mamma Mia was an absolutely fabulous show!! Everything about it, the music, the actors, the technical expertise and visuals, was just amazing! I was thrilled by every minute of this show and hated to see it be over when it was over. I especially enjoyed the young lady who played the main character-the girl getting married- and the young lady who played her mom. From the very first note of the awesome orchestra to their very last note, this was as wonderful an evening as I have been treated to in a long time! Three cheers to everyone involved whose work and talents made this such an amazing evening! Also, the Tennessse Theatre is such a beautiful venue, it is special getting to see a show in that venue.
